年末年始の休診のお知らせ

札幌は完全白銀の世界に一変してしまいました。北海道らしい季節ですが、ドカ雪だけは勘弁ですね。穏やかな年末年始になれば良いのですが。。。
当院では年末年始、下記期間を終日休診とさせて頂きます。ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

なお、新年は1/4(火)9:30より、通常診療いたします。

時代

今年も残すところわずかとなりました。札幌はなかなか雪が積もらず、過ごしやすい日々が続いております。今年はホワイトクリスマスになるのでしょうか？
唐突ですが、中島みゆきの「時代」という歌をご存知ですか？私が生まれる4年前の1975年に発売された歌で、最近とある場所で聞いて、ものすごく感動しました。

今はこんなに悲しくて
涙も枯れ果てて
もう２度と笑顔にはなれそうもないけど

そんな時代もあったねと
いつか話せる日が来るわ

きっと笑って話せるわ
だから今日はくよくよしないで

皆様にとって今年はどのような1年でしたでしょうか？コロナウイルスの猛威に晒された1年でしたが、来年はきっと新しいステージになることを期待したいですね。

There are only a few weeks left this year. It doesn't much snow in Sapporo, so it's easy to spend. Is it white Christmas this year?

観葉植物

確実に冬の足音が近づいてきていますが、初雪はまだみたいで、観測史上もっとも遅い初雪になるとのことです。温暖化の影響でしょうか？
クリニックには着々と緑化され、患者様からは喜ばれておりますが、スタッフからは少し呆れられております。昨日はシンボルツリー的な３メートルオーバーの生命力みなぎる大きな木を設置いたしました。またクリニックの隅に設置した巨木の枝の中にはフクロウもおりますので、探してみてください。夜行性なので、少し隠れております（笑）。
明日11/21から11/23までは休診となります。ご迷惑おかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

The footsteps of winter are definitely coming. The first snow is not yet. This year is the latest first snow in the histry of observation. Is it the effect of global warming?
The waiting space in our clinic is filled with greenery, which ispleasing to our patients, but amazed by our stuff. Yesterday a symbol tree over 3 meters high arrived, which is full of vitality. And there is an owl on another big tree branch in the corner. He is nocturnal, so he hides between the branches. Please find him!

休診のお知らせ

今年も残すところ2ヶ月です。札幌は紅葉も終わりかけて、いよいよ冬がやってきますね。タイヤ交換はもうされましたでしょうか？
クリニックも床暖を入れました。私は暑がりなので、今時期の暖房は少し汗ばんでしまいますが、ブランケットなどもご用意がございますので、寒ければスタッフにお申し付けくださいませ。
待合室のリニューアルも終わり、患者様からも素敵ねとのお声を頂戴し、私もついつい待合室でのんびりしたくなってしまいます。緑がある空間は癒されますので、コーヒーはお出しできませんが、診療後はしばし待合室でゆっくりされていってくださいませ。たまに待合室が座れないぐらい混雑することもございますので、待合室の椅子も増やしてみました。
前置きが長くなってしましいましたが、今月は診療日が少し変則的です。また11月22日(月)は臨時に休診とさせていただきます。ご迷惑おかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。4日と25日の木曜日は通常診療いたします。

Our clinic has turned on the floor heating. We have balankets, so please tell our stuff if you feel cold.
The renewal of our waiting space has been completed. It is also popular with our patients. It looks like a jungle ,but the presence of green plants heals us. We are trying to call you on time, but when you have to wait please be healed for a while.
Our dental treatment day is irregular this month. We apologize for the inconvinience.

待合室のリニューアル

札幌は最低気温が一桁になり、吐く息も真っ白ですね。今日は特に冷たい雨、、、クリニックも暖房を入れ始めました。
クリニックは観葉植物がたくさん置いてありますが、この度、Flower Space Gravelさんの御協力で、当院の待合室をプチプロデュースして頂きました。観葉植物のみならず、鉢カバーなども含めてご提案していただき、今までとはまた違う雰囲気で、格好良くなりました。特に隅に飾ってあるフィカス ベンガレンシスは3メートルオーバーで、その幹からは強い生命力を感じさせ、すごく気に入っております。今回プロデュースして頂いたGravelの望月様ありがとうございました。当院に来て頂いている患者様は、私と同じように植物好きな方が多くいらっしゃいますので、ぜひ皆様も足を運んでみてください。カフェも併設されており、何時間でもいられちゃいますよ！

In Sapporo, the lowest temperature is the single digits, and the breath is white. There are lots of foliage plants in our clinic, but this time, we asked Flower Space Gravel to produce our lounge. Not only plants but also pot covers were suggested, and as a result, our clinic look really cool !! In particular, the Banyan tree in the corner is over 3 meters in size, and its thick trunk makes us strong vitality, and I felt in love at first sight. I think that many patients who come to our clinic love plants like me, so please come visit this shop.

収穫の秋

急に寒くなってきましたね。コロナ感染者数も激減しており、このままの状態が続いてくれれば良いのですが。。。
昨日、自宅のお庭でなったブドウを患者様がわざわざ届けにきてくださいました。今年は美味しいとのことで、早速いただきましたが、甘くてとてもおいしかったです。ありがとうございました。
当院の近くにある『きのとやファーム』さんは夜のライトアップがすごく綺麗です。季節柄、栗を使ったモンブランなどもラインナップされているのでしょうか。秋は美味しいものがたくさんありますね。
札幌オータムフェストは今年はオンラインでの開催みたいですが、今はお取り寄せや宅配も充実しておりますので、皆様も収穫の秋をぜひ満喫してみてください。

It's suddenly getting cold. The number of patients infected with corona virus has dropped sharply, and I hope this situation will continue for a long time.
The other day, the patient brought our clinic the grapes he got at home. He said that this year's grape were very ripe, so we actually tried them, they were very sweet and delicious. Thank you very much!!
Kinotoya Farm near our clinic is beautifully lit up at night. There may be a seasonal line-up, Mont Blanc using chestnuts. Autumn is full of delicious food.
Sapporo Autumn Fest is being held online this year. You can order and deliver to home, so enjoy the autumn harvest!!

セミナー

朝方はめっきり寒くなり、木々も色づいてきましたね。今日は患者様から雪虫飛んでいたとの報告もあり、長い冬が近づいてきていると思うと、あの暑かった夏も少し恋しい感じがします。
私は所属するスタディーグループで発表させて頂く機会がありました。このような機会があると色々と勉強になり、新たな発見がたくさんあります。かなりの労力ですが、また機会があればぜひ挑戦していきたいと思います。
本日は当院のスタッフも院内でセミナーを受講しました。エアーフローを用いたパウダーメインテナンスについてです。当院では、メインテナンスに来て頂いている患者様にエアフローを用いてクリーニングを行っております。痛みもなく、短時間で綺麗にプラークを除去でき、従来のような器械で行うクリーニングと違い歯面を傷つけずに行う事が可能です。患者様にも好評ですので、ぜひ体感してみてください。

It's getting very cold in the morning these days. The leaves will begin changing color.　Today my patient reported that snow bugs were flying! When I think the long winter is approaching, I miss that hot summer!
I had the opportunity to make a presentation in the study-group I belong to.　It is a great experience for me, and I would like to challenge again if I have one.
Today, our staff also attend a seminer in our clinic. This theme is about airflow maintenance. Airflow can clean your tooth quickly and painlessly without damaging your tooth surface. Please experience it once!

先週までの灼熱地獄から、一気に秋の気配になってきました。コロナ感染者数も全国的に多くなっておりますので、皆様も体調管理にはくれぐれもご注意くださいませ。

1年延期になったオリンピックが開催されることになりましたね。コロナの次の波も来ているような状況で、一体どうなってしまうのでしょうか。無観客も決定して、なんとなく盛り上がりにかけますが、実施に始まるとテレビに釘付けかもしれませんね。
今年はオリンピックがあり、祝日の変更がありますので、ご注意ください。
また、7/21(水)は祝日ではございませんが、臨時に終日休診とさせていただきます。ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。

Japan will hold the Olympics that wewe supposed to be held last year.　What kind of competition will be in the midst of a new wave of COVID-19 ? It has been decided that the Olympic Games will be held in unattended game, and it seems that the excitement is lacking, but when it stars, you may be absorbed in TV.
Holidays have changed due to the Olympics this year. Although 21/07 is not a holiday, our clinic will be closed all day.

アライナー矯正　SURE SMILE

6月ももうすぐ終わり、1年の半分が過ぎようとしています。ワクチン接種も進み、新しい未来に向けて進み始めていますが、オリンピックによってまた次の波が来ないことを願って止みません。
当院でも最近話題のアライナー矯正を開始していきます。今までは部分矯正などに限って自院で行って参りましたが、患者様からも矯正治療の相談を受けることも多く、また我々も矯正治療を含めて包括的な歯科治療（インターディシプリナリーな歯科治療）を当院でも気軽に行えるようにしていきたいと思います。昨年より待ちに待ったシステムです。当院のセレック（プライムスキャン）とCTを用いて診断を行い、いくつかのマウスピースを用いて歯並びを整えていきます。気になる方はご相談くださいませ。

June is almost over and half of the year is about to pass.　Vacctination is progressing and we are beginning to move into a new future, however I'm worried about the next big wave coming from the Olympics.
We start aligner orthodontic treatment. This is the system I've been waiting for since last year. Diagnosis is made CEREC ( PRIMESCAN ) and CT ( Orthophos SL ) in our clinic, and some clear appliances are used to align your teeth.

サステイナブル　＆　ホワイトニングキャンペーン

当院では衛生管理の観点から滅菌できないものはほぼ全て使い捨てのものばかりで、時代に逆行しておりますが、それは医療という分野では少し致し方ないところは否めません。ただ、我々の分野にもサステイナブルなものがあります。なんだか分かりますか。上の写真の歯ブラシは、TePeというスウェーデンの歯ブラシです。サトウキビからできたハンドルにひまし油からできたフィラメントを植毛した歯ブラシです。環境に貢献したいと思う方は是非！

光触媒コーティング

緊急事態宣言も延長されました。今までのイギリス変異株だけでなく、インド変異株なんてのも日本に入ってきており、この先どうなってしまうのでしょうか。ワクチン接種も進んできているようですが、まだしばらくは辛抱ですね。
当院では様々な感染対策を行い、全ての患者様の治療に対して高いレベルの衛生管理を行っております。この度、患者様から光触媒の抗ウイルスコーティング剤のサンプル品をいただき、早速使わせていただきました。なかなか清掃が行き届きにくいドアノブ、扉の取手、受付カウンターなど、主に玄関から待合室にかけて使用してみました。業者に頼むと、ものすごい金額がかかりますが、簡単に光触媒コーティングができますので、ご家庭でも簡単に使えそうですね。ちなみに日本ペイント株式会社のバリアックススプレーという製品です。

お知らせ
4/22に当院スタッフ1名が新型コロナ感染症の陽性との報告を受けました。保健所からは、当院通院中の患者様全て濃厚接触者に当たらないこと、診療を継続しても問題ないことを確認させていただきましたが、社会インフラであること、及び札幌市内で新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が生じていることも考慮し、苦渋の決断ではありましたが、スタッフ及び患者様のことを最優先として臨時に休診とさせていただいておりました。できる限りお電話等で対応させていただきましたが、全ての患者様を網羅することができず、この場をお借りしてご迷惑おかけいたしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
当院は本日より診療を再開いたします。CCD（アメリカ疾病予防センター）や厚生労働省のガイドラインに従い、院内は全て消毒を行っております。また、当院のスタッフは全てPCR検査を行った上で陰性であることを確認しており、コロナ陽性スタッフにおいても保健所指導のもと、復職に問題ないことを確認させていただいた上で出勤しております。特に休診明けの今週は、お約束がスムーズにお取りできなかったり、お電話がつながりにくいことも考えられますが、ご理解いただければ幸いです。
今後はスタッフの健康管理のみならず、徹底した衛生管理を今まで以上に厳格に行っていく所存です。また、皆様にお会いできることを心よりお待ち申し上げております。

サミュエル・ウルマン

依然としてコロナウイルスが猛威を振るい、世界中がその脅威に晒されています。我々人類は、はるか昔から未知なる細菌やウイルスと戦って、それを克服してきましたが、この100年に一度と言われるパンデミックで、感染症に対していかに無力であったか思い知らされる結果となりました。感染症の最前線で日々奮闘されている方々に感謝するとともに、我々がどう振る舞うかも試されている気がします。
皆様はサミュエル・ウルマンという人物をご存知ですか？アメリカの詩人で、Panasonic創業者の松下幸之助は彼の詩を座右の銘としていたことで有名です。最近、ある雑誌を読んでいたら、建築家の安藤忠雄氏が、彼の詩を紹介していました。
「青春とは人生のある期間ではない、心のありようだ」
「失敗を恐れることなく困難な現実に立ち向かう挑戦心。どんな逆境にあろうとも夢をあきらめない心の逞しさ。身体、知性がいかに歳を重ね成熟しようとも、この内なる若さを失わなければ、人は老いることなく生きられる。」
当院は私が平均年齢を大幅に引き上げていますが、20代のスタッフに負けずにいつまでも若々しく、そして逞しく生きていきたいものです。

Cronavirus is still rampant and the world is under threat. We humans have been figthing and overcoming unknown bacteria and viruses for a long long time. In this once-in-a century pandemic, we realize that we are powerless against infectious disease. We represent honor to those who are everyday struggling at the forefront of this infection.

He is an American poet. Kounosuke Matsushita, the founder of Panasonic corporation, used his poem as an inscription. When I happend to read a magazine, Tadao Ando who is a famous architect introduced his poem.

At our clinic, the average age raises because of me, however I want to live as young and strong as our staffs.

加藤先生

本日、南幌町で御開業の加藤先生が、当院に素敵なお花を届けてくださいました。加藤先生は北大の大先輩で、セミナーではご一緒させていただく機会も多く、偶然にも東京で違うセミナーに参加していましたが羽田空港でばったりお会いし、夕食をともにさせていただいたりと、大変お世話になっている先生です。加藤先生、ありがとうございました。

Today Dr. Kato, who practices in Nanporo Town, delivered beautiful flowers for our 4th aniversary. He is a senior at Hokkaido Univ. and I often met him at many seminars. Even though we were attending different seminars, we happend to meet at Haneda Airport and had dinner together. Thank you so much! I want to learn next to him again at the seminar!

4周年

非常事態宣言も解除されましたが、感染者数は減るどころか増加傾向にあり、本当に第4波がきているのかもしれません。フランスではパリ市内だけではなくフランス全土にまでロックダウンを広げているとのこと、本当にパンデミックになってしまいました。早く自由に行きたい所へ行ける状態になって欲しいものです。皆さんは感染が落ち着いたらどこへ行きたいですか？私は、、、ベネチアに行きたいです。笑
わたなべデンタルクリニックは4周年を迎えることができました。皆様にお会いできたご縁に感謝するとともに、この場をお借りして、当院に関わる全ての方々に感謝申し上げます。

春の訪れ

札幌にもようやく春がやってきましたね。新型コロナウイルスは変異株の感染拡大により、終息する気配は感じられず、札幌市も不要不急の外出や往来の自粛要請が出され、澄み渡る春の青空とは対照的です。当たり前にできていたことが制約されるというのは、やはり窮屈を感じますが、色々な意味で世界中の人々の行動変容も起こる中、コロナが終息した後にどのような未来が待ち受けているのか想像し、明るい未来に向かって歩を進めていくのみです！
わたなべデンタルクリニックの待合室には、２メートルオーバーのオリーブの木が３本あります。オリーブは勝利の象徴とされ、国際連合旗やいくつかの国の国旗や国章に用いられています。開院した時から、オリーブの木を待合室に置きたいと思っていましたが、いつの間にかこんなに多くなってしまいました。そんなオリーブの木にも、春の訪れか、花芽が出てきました。白くて小さな可愛らしい花が咲くはずです。
春は出会いと別れの季節。4月には当院にも新しい衛生士が入ってきたり、育休中のスタッフが戻ってきたり、さらに賑やかになります。笑。そして今週末には開院４周年を迎え、5年目に突入します。月日の経つのは本当に早いものです。来院いただく患者様に、最高の医療と笑顔をお届けできるように、これからも研鑽してまいります！

Spring comes in Sapporo!
The COVID-19 dose not seem to end due to the spread of the new variants, and in contrast to the clear sky of spring, the Sapporo city has also announced refrain from going out and going back and forth.
We feel cramped to be constrained by what was taken for granted. However as the people all over the world change thier behavior, we can only imagine what the future holds after the end of COVID-19 and move toward a brighter future!
In our clinic there are three olive trees. The olive tree is a symbol of victory and is depicted on several national flags and emblems. We discover the flower buds on one of our olive tree, which make us feel the arrival of spring!
Spring is the season of meeting and parting. New staff will join our clinic next month, and staffs on maternity leave will return. And this week-end, we cerebrate 4th anniversary. It feels really fast as the days goes by. We will continue to devote ourselves to giving the best dental care and smiles.

無意識の偏見

本人の意図しなかったことが世界的に大きな非難の対象になってしまっていますね。しかし根底には、そのような潜在意識があったが故の発言だと思います。日本は世界に比べるといろんな意味で遅れていますね。当院は女性社会ですので、言葉一つの重みを私も意識しなければと思う今日この頃です（笑）。東京オリンピックはどうなるのでしょうか？？
当院の待合室には75インチの大型液晶モニターが設置されていて、そこでは、クリニックのコンセプト、こだわり、治療機材の説明などをご紹介しています。開院から徐々にアップデートされ、今では35分にも及ぶ動画になりました。内容を少しだけリニューアルしてみましたので、お待ちいただく間、是非ご覧くださいませ。

ジルコニア

皆さんはCAD/CAMという言葉をご存知ですか？CADとは簡単にいうとコンピューター上でデザインされた設計図、CAMとは、その設計図を元に製品を作り出すことです。車のボディなどもCAD/CAMテクノロジーで作製された工業製品の代表で、この技術のおかげで多くの製品が量産されています。歯科でもこのCAD/CAMテクノロジーを使用した被せ物がいくつか存在し、その際たるものがジルコニアです。ジルコニアはこの技術がなければ歯科に応用されなかった材料だと思います。当院では、技工士がCAD/CAM、そして最終仕上げまで行っています。餅は餅屋なんてことわざがありますが、仕上がりは見事です。
この写真は、受付横にある機械で、ジルコニアを削っているところです。他人事のようですが、すごい時代になりました！

ワクチン

首都圏の緊急事態宣言も延長され、札幌も感染者数の高止まりが続いています。1918年に流行したスペイン風邪（A型インフルエンザH1N1型）では世界人口の1/3以上が感染し、そのうち4500万人が死亡したと言われています。今回のコロナウイルス、早く収束することを願うばかりです。
G7でワクチン接種が始まっていないのは日本だけだそうです。そんな日本でもワクチン接種がいよいよ開始されるみたいですが、皆さんは接種を希望されますか？
ワクチンとは、ウイルスなどの病原体からその毒性を不活性化（無毒化）した薬物で、それを投与することでそのウイルスに対する免疫を獲得することができます。麻疹や風疹、BCG（結核）などのワクチンは皆さんも幼少期に受けた記憶があると思います。今回の新型コロナウイルスに対するワクチンは、今までのワクチンと少し異なり、mRNAワクチンと呼ばれ、今までのワクチンとは製法も作用機序も少し異なります。今回の新型コロナワクチンがmRNAワクチンの歴史上初めての試みです。新型コロナウイルス表面のスパイクタンパクと呼ばれる物質を発現するmRNAを接種することで、ヒトの細胞内でスパイクタンパクが産生され、それに対して抗体が産生されます。これが免疫を獲得できる仕組みです。またmRNAは分解されやすいので、体細胞、生殖細胞を含めてヒトのDNAにウイルスの遺伝情報が組み込まれることはないと言われています。なんか、難しい話ですね、、、。

A vaccine is a drug that inactivates the toxicity of a viral pathogen. Many people ,I think ,remember recieving the measles, rubella, and tuberculosis vaccines in their childhood. The COVID-19 vaccine is different from these coventinal vaccines in manufacturing procedure and mechanism of action. Inoculating mRNA that expresses a substance called Spike Protein on the surface of the COVID-19, so that it's duplicated and translated in human cells, resulting in the production of antibodies against it. mRNA is easily degrated, so not combined into the genetic information of human cells including germ cells. It's difficult and complicated, because there're just many many technical terms.

新型コロナ感染症に罹患された方々には、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
飛行機は向かい風を利用して離陸します。追い風では飛べません。向かい風を使って、空高く舞い上がるのです。ワクチン接種がもうすぐ開始されるみたいです。WHOが天然痘を世界根絶宣言したように、近いうちに人類がこのウイルスを克服することを願ってやみません。
